		<description>I think there is too much centered on "image" when it comes to different levels of the hierarchy.  I agree that dressing down doesn't necessarily have a direct correlation to performance.

I am always dressed as a happy retired man, not a corpse in a coffin.  I don't even own a suit now and I can't remember the last time I wore a tie.  Thank God!!!!</description>
